We review each applicant based on their previous work experience, relevant skills, and goals for their career. If a recruiting team member believes you might be a match for a job you’ve applied for, you will be asked to come in for an interview. We approach our interviews with enthusiasm and take it very seriously. After completing the first interview, team leaders will review the applicants again and then contact them for a second interview. Please note, that neither interview constitutes an offer of employment from Habilitative Services. 

Applicants who complete all pre-hiring requirements are provided with a written offer of employment letter. Applicants who are not selected during the hiring process receive a letter notifying them of the decision. Applications are considered active for a maximum of ninety (90) days. We encourage applicants to reapply if they are passionate about the position and believe they can bring value to the team.
